Job Description

Executive Director

  • Contract to Hire role (approximately 36 months contract)
  • Hybrid is preferred at one of these locations: Buffalo Grove Dallas and Scottsdale
  • If they are a rockstar then they will consider remote but they would have to travel into a location one time monthly. (location would be Buffalo Grove Dallas or Scottsdale)
  • There is a team in place and this person would have upwards of 5 direct reports with a total team of 30.
  • Healthcare a plus but not required
  • Should come from a similar size organization as CVS but may consider mid size if everything else aligns.
  • Must have the combination of technical operational and leadership expertise.

NonNegotiables:

  • Executive presence excellent communication skills leadership skills
  • Proven handson experience in RPA and proven skills to transition from RPA to the Agentic Process Automation world.
  • Exposure to modern tools and frameworks like CREW AI Vertex AI
  • Leading engineering teams (not just architecture)
  • Greater than 15years experience in a leadership role
  • Operations experience in managing the overall environment
  • Must have a DEEP technical expertise

Interview Process

  • 1st Round Deep Technical Interview
  • 2nd Interview with VP
  • 3rd Interview with a peer to VP (TBD)
  • Final Interview
