Job Description


Responsibilities
  • Collect the expectations and requirements of the customer
  • Write user stories and acceptance criteria utilizing Behavioral Driven Development
  • Manage best practices and ensure these practices are used
  • Understands the effects of technology used within the development and the impact on the business client
  • Produce quality deliverables and meet deadlines
  • Customer expectations management
  • UI/UX design review
  • Specifications (user stories) creation and reviewing
  • Business requirements gathering through capturing of user stories prototyping etc.
  • Analysis of as-is business processes identifying gaps and areas for improvement
  • Design to-be business processes perform impact & feasibility analysis of the requirements
  • Regular status reporting
  • Experience working within the Capital Market AND/OR Real Estate domains
Skills Must have
  • Motivated and able to work independently (e.g. leading requirements gathering and workflow design sessions)
  • Strong written communication skills experience writing technical requirements and creating data flow diagrams
  • Strong SQL and data analytics skills
  • Experience working as a scrum master
  • Experience working in the financial services industry
  • Assertive and willing to follow up on blockers and dependencies
  • Certified scrum master certification is a plus
  • Ability to work out of the Toronto office 4 days/week (Mon to Thurs)
