Service Technician Hampton Point Apartments
Location: Silver Spring MD
Compensation: $24/hour (based on experience) phone and auto allowance

Hampton Point Apartments located in Silver Spring MD is seeking a skilled and reliable Service Technician to join our maintenance team. This role plays a vital part in maintaining the property ensuring resident satisfaction and supporting daytoday operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond promptly to maintenance work orders
Perform routine and preventative maintenance tasks
Prepare apartment units for new residents (turnovers)
Complete general repairs including basic plumbing electrical and carpentry
Repair and maintain appliances
Maintain a clean safe and organized property and work environment
Participate in a rotating oncall schedule for emergency repairs
What Were Looking For:
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Basic knowledge of plumbing electrical and carpentry required
Availability to respond to afterhours emergencies (evenings weekends holidays)
Valid drivers license and reliable vehicle required
Qualifications:
High School diploma or equivalent
35 years of handson maintenance experience in a residential setting
