The primary responsibilities of this role are to optimize our schedule by ensuring the right service professional is matched with the proper opportunity pre and postappointment customer contact and delivering job specifications to technicians.

In this position you will be:
Contacting customers to ensure they are available for the technician to come to their home
Communicating with supporting and dispatching our technicians to all their jobs
Using your creative thinking & team work skills to ensure all your customers are taken care of each day
Plan and facilitate the schedule effectively and efficiently while providing first class service to our customers
Working in an upbeat fast paced environment where your multitasking and logistical skills will be put to test
Following up with our customers to determine satisfaction levels
The right candidate will meet the following requirements:
Professional and empathetic phone demeanor
Outstanding communication attention to detail and organizational skills
Solution oriented with the ability to remain patient and empathetic
Able to analyze a situation quickly and prioritize based on company guidelines
Strong applicable knowledge of Microsoft Office programs such as Outlook Word and Excel
Available to work evenings and weekends
