Job Description
TheFull Motion Video (FMV) Intelligence Analystprovides employees with handson FMV training for all intelligence disciplines advanced skills certification and rapid job promotion into instructor subject matter expert and management positions. Responsibilities:
- Learn FMV tradecraft through a unique threeweek formal training course followed by a robust onthejob training program which provides candidates who may be new to motion GEOINT specialized instruction in FMV tradecraft exploitation tools and specific cultural familiarization.
- Produce imageryderived graphic products and reports and publish for distribution.
- Compile intelligence materials for use in briefings to highlevel government personnel.
- Input data accurately exploit FMV collected by sensors on ISR platforms apply allsource information to FMV imagery analysis and use an electronic light table to exploit NTM imagery.
- Have rapid advancement potential and cross training opportunities into Synthetic Aperture Radar (SAR)/ Ground Moving Target Indicator (GMTI) and FMV Advanced Research positions.
Required Education/Experience/Certifications:
- Three (3) or more years of intelligence analysis experienceORTwo (2) years of FMV or imagery analysis experience
- Formal Intelligence school course (typically 2 months in duration full time resulting in an Intelligence MOS from the military (e.g. AllSource IMINT SIGINT HUMINT etc.)
- Must be capable of working a rotating shift schedule to include nights weekends and holidays
- During hightempo operations maintain situational awareness and relay intelligence in real time
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize and solve routine tasks
- Able to prepare and present briefings with creation/use of visual displays
- Excellent analytical writing and critical thinking skills
- Familiarity with FMV operations and the TCPED process
- Candidates must accurately discern red green blue and yellow colors on a video screen
- Must successfully complete the customer FMV training course or have do so in the last year
- Active TS/SCI Level clearance or higher (Must Have)
