RieLes Group we are seeking a Director Psychotherapist & Health/Wellness Advocate to provide onsite support to the North Carolina National Guard (NCNG) Integrated Behavioral Health System (IBHS) team at Raleigh NC. The North Carolina National Guard (NCNG) Integrated Behavioral Health System (IBHS) based in Raleigh is a statewide program that provides free confidential mental health and wellness services to NCNG service members and their families. Established in 2010 IBHS offers 24/7 access to licensed clinicians through a tollfree helpline along with therapeutic support crisis intervention and case management. The program addresses a range of needs including PTSD TBI substance abuse housing employment and emergency assistance. With clinicians located throughout North Carolina IBHS ensures accessible comprehensive care and operates under strict confidentiality and ethical standards led by Director Stephanie Nissen.

The Period of Performance shall be one Base Year of 12 months and three 12month option years
Overview: These positions support the North Carolina National Guard (NCNG) Integrated Behavioral Health System (IBHS) team in Raleigh NC and play a key role in supporting service members and their families. As the hub of operations Raleigh is home to our Director role alongside Psychotherapists and Health/Wellness Advocates providing direct services
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct behavioral health services to service members and families
- Coordinate and supervise clinical operations (Director role)
- Develop and oversee wellness programs (Health/Wellness Advocate)
- Conduct individual group and family therapy sessions
- Maintain clinical records and participate in quality improvement
Qualifications:
- Masters degree in psychology counseling social work or a related field
- 10 years of fulltime postlicensure behavior health experience; 5 years within a military or public safety setting preferred
- Independent clinical license in North Carolina (LCSW LPC LMFT or Psychologist)
- Experience working with military populations preferred
- Strong leadership and organizational skills (Director role)
- Knowledge of wellness programming and preventive health (Health/Wellness Advocate)
