Job Description

Bring your customer service experience to this professional role supporting our Dahl Sheboygan service teams as a Service Receptionist. You will help schedule service appointments follow up with service guests and assist the advisors and service manager with a variety of customer service and administrative related tasks. This is a MondayFriday position with a pay range of $1518 per hour plus an incentive for service appointments.
Responsibilities
- Answer customer calls and establish followsup with serviceappointments.
- Assist with scheduling service appointments.
- Follow up with service gueststhat do not show up for their appointments and to provide updates to guests on their vehicle service.
- Assist advisors and service manager with other customer service and administrative related duties.
- Utilize onlinesystem daily.
Qualifications
- At least one previous role based in customer service experience
- Excellent teammate with collaborative attitude and eagerness to improve
- Prompt and courteous demeanor
- Positive and hardworking personality
- Strong computer skills
- Ability to stay on task and work independently
