Job Description:

Your role will involve managing policy changes communicating with carriers and ensuring our clients coverage remains uptodate and comprehensive. You ll work with cuttingedge agency management systems and potentially utilize VoIP technology to provide topnotch service to our valued clients.
Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming customer calls and emails regarding insurance policy modifications
- Process and communicate policy change requests to insurance carriers
- Manage multiple client accounts prioritizing tasks efficiently
- Accurately document customer interactions and policy updates in our agency management system
- Follow up with insurance companies to ensure timely processing of policy changes
- Assist in administrative tasks related to policy management and customer service
- Collaborate with team members to maintain high levels of client satisfaction
- Stay informed about industry trends and insurance products to serve our clients better
Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Strong attention to detail and data entry accuracy
