Job Description
This is a remote position.
Close the books monthly and generate financial reports
Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies
Process invoices and manage payment reconciliations using QuickBooks
Provide transaction details to support the CFO with SEC filings and audits
Create internal tickets for account managers regarding payment issues
Post received payments and handle daily bookkeeping tasks
Assist in preparing quarterly and annual SEC reports
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
Seniorlevel accountant; CPA preferred
Proficient in QuickBooks and other financial software
High attention to detail and commitment to confidentiality
Excellent communication skills for collaboration with the CFO and auditors
