Responsibilities
- Execute strategic outbound calls to property owners using proprietary property intelligence and market data
- Present compelling property valuations and investment opportunities to potential clients
- Articulate the unique value proposition to property owners and overcome objections
- Schedule qualified appointments between property owners and senior investment brokers
- Maintain detailed records of all interactions in the company s CRM system
- Handle professional email correspondence with prospects
- Track and report on key performance metrics
- Collaborate with the brokerage team to refine targeting and approach strategies
Requirements
- Proven cold calling experience with demonstrated success in handling high call volumes
- Previous real estate experience specifically in investment or wholesale real estate
- Outstanding English communication skills both verbal and written
- Spanish language proficiency strongly preferred
- Demonstrated ability to maintain positivity and persistence through rejection
- Professional phone presence and articulate communication style
- Experience with CRM systems and email management
- Reliable highspeed internet connection and quiet home office environment
- Selfmotivated with strong independent work ethic
- Ability to work fulltime during Eastern Time business hours
