Schedule:
Parttime (25 hours/week) Monday to Friday 9am to 2pm
Client Timezone: US Central Time
Responsibilities:
Review and quality check security officer checkin logs from 20 employees across 9 properties
Edit and improve report quality including spelling and clarity improvements
Email daily security logs to clients in PDF format
Handle client communications and respond to urgent matters
Process and manage email inquiries from apartment complexes and clients
Coordinate security officer introductions and scheduling
Assist with payroll processing
Support proactive client communication to prevent issues
Participate in weekly team meetings via Zoom
Requirements:
Strong English communication skills (verbal and written) ideally someone who has been in clientfacing roles
Previous virtual assistant or administrative experience sales experience is highly desirable as well
Attention to detail and quality control capabilities
Ability to work independently and proactively
Professional email communication skills
Reliable internet connection and home office setup
Scope:
Parttime role (25 hours per week)
Direct reporting to company owner
Collaborative work with existing virtual assistant
Coverage of business operations during assigned hours
Weekly team meetings and checkins
