An Abuja Real Estate Company is hiring a QA/QC Manager. Ideal candidate should be Candidates must be a Civil or material engineer that understands quality standards construction standards design integrity. He/she must also have experience with ensuring regulatory compliance maximizing resources and have leadership experience.
Job Description
Quality Management: Develop implement and maintain QA/QC procedures standards and specifications.
Inspection & Testing: Oversee all inspections and testing activities to ensure compliance with project requirements.
Audit & Compliance: Conduct internal and external audits to ensure regulatory compliance and identify areas for improvement.
Documentation: Maintain accurate quality records prepare quality reports and ensure documentation is up to date.
Team Leadership: Provide guidance and training to QA/QC staff and project teams on quality standards and procedures. Continuous Improvement:
Implement process improvement initiatives to enhance quality performance. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
Quality Compliance Rate: Maintain a compliance rate of 95% or higher in all quality audits. Defect Rate: Achieve a defect rate of less than 1% in project deliverables. Inspection Accuracy: Ensure 100% accuracy in all quality inspection reports.
Audit Completion: Complete 100% of scheduled audits within the project timeline. Issue Resolution: Resolve 90% of quality issues within the specified timeframe.

Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in a QA/QC role preferably within the real estate or construction industry.
- Education: A Bachelor s degree or HND in Engineering Construction Management Quality Management or a related field.
- Certifications: ISO 9001 Six Sigma or other relevant quality management certifications are highly desirable. Skills: Strong analytical leadership and communication skills.
- Proficiency in quality management software and the MS Office Suite.
- Personality: Detailoriented proactive and able to handle multiple priorities in a fastpaced environment.
