Job Description

The Sales Officer will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities building and maintaining strong client relationships and achieving sales targets. The role involves promoting the company s healthcare and medical products providing excellent customer support and ensuring client satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

Sales and Business Development:
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the healthcare and medical equipment sector.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and understand their needs.
  • Develop and maintain a customer database and pipeline for potential sales leads.
  • Present promote and sell products to existing and prospective customers.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets as set by the Sales Manager.
Client Relationship Management:
  • Establish and maintain positive business relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and complaints resolving them promptly and professionally.
  • Conduct regular followups to build strong longlasting client relationships.
Product Knowledge and Presentation:
  • Stay updated with the company s product offerings and industry trends.
  • Demonstrate and explain product features answering client questions in a knowledgeable and professional manner.
  • Prepare and deliver effective presentations to potential clients and stakeholders.
Sales Reporting and Documentation:
  • Prepare accurate and timely sales reports including daily call reports and territory analyses.
  • Track and document all sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
  • Provide feedback to management regarding market trends customer needs and competitor activities.
Collaboration and Team Support:
  • Collaborate with the Sales Manager and other team members to develop effective sales strategies.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to developing marketing and promotional strategies.
  • Assist in organizing and participating in trade shows exhibitions and promotional events.


Requirements

Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor s degree in Marketing Business Administration or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 3 years of sales experience preferably in healthcare or medical equipment
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong customer service orientation.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
