The Sales Officer will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities building and maintaining strong client relationships and achieving sales targets. The role involves promoting the company s healthcare and medical products providing excellent customer support and ensuring client satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
Sales and Business Development:
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the healthcare and medical equipment sector.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and understand their needs.
- Develop and maintain a customer database and pipeline for potential sales leads.
- Present promote and sell products to existing and prospective customers.
- Meet or exceed sales targets as set by the Sales Manager.
Client Relationship Management:
- Establish and maintain positive business relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and complaints resolving them promptly and professionally.
- Conduct regular followups to build strong longlasting client relationships.
Product Knowledge and Presentation:
- Stay updated with the company s product offerings and industry trends.
- Demonstrate and explain product features answering client questions in a knowledgeable and professional manner.
- Prepare and deliver effective presentations to potential clients and stakeholders.
Sales Reporting and Documentation:
- Prepare accurate and timely sales reports including daily call reports and territory analyses.
- Track and document all sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
- Provide feedback to management regarding market trends customer needs and competitor activities.
Collaboration and Team Support:
- Collaborate with the Sales Manager and other team members to develop effective sales strategies.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to developing marketing and promotional strategies.
- Assist in organizing and participating in trade shows exhibitions and promotional events.
Requirements
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor s degree in Marketing Business Administration or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 3 years of sales experience preferably in healthcare or medical equipment
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
