Requirements
We are seeking a highly skilled Oracle Subscription Management Cloud Consultant with strong expertise in subscription lifecycle processes and handson experience in Oracle Cloud applications. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing and configuring Oracle Subscription Management Cloud and integrating it with other Oracle Cloud modules to support endtoend service billing and subscriptionbased business models.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead implementation and configuration of Oracle Subscription Management Cloud.
Perform endtoend setups and configurations for the Subscription module.
Integrate Subscription Management Cloud with Oracle Accounts Receivable (AR) Cloud for Service Billing.
Develop and maintain OTBI and BI Publisher (BIP) reports for business insights and operational tracking.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure seamless integration with:
Service Logistics
Customer Assets
Field Service
Installed Base (IB) Assets
Leverage Generative AI (GenAI) tools and insights for improving subscription intelligence and automation.
Troubleshoot issues and provide ongoing support during and after the implementation phase.
Create documentation user training materials and provide knowledge transfer to internal stakeholders.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Strong understanding of the Subscription Management lifecycle and processes.
Handson experience with Oracle Subscription Management Cloud.
Proven ability to perform system setups and configurations independently.
Experience integrating with Oracle AR Cloud for Service Billing workflows.
Proficiency in creating reports using OTBI and BIP.
Working knowledge of related Oracle Cloud modules including Service Logistics Customer/IB Assets and Field Service.
Exposure to or interest in working with GenAI capabilities within Oracle Cloud applications.
Excellent problemsolving communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Oracle Cloud certification in Subscription Management or related modules.
Experience with Oracle Fusion Applications.
Background in subscriptionbased or servicebased business environments.
