Job Description
This is a remote position.
About the Role
We are seeking Odoo Developer & Integration Engineers to join our growing technology team. This role blends deep technical development in the Odoo platform with APIbased integration responsibilities enabling seamless connectivity across enterprise systems like Workday Salesforce and supplier platforms.
As part of our ERP and integrations team youll be building custom solutions that enhance operational workflows automate business processes and drive actionable insights through data. You ll also support critical system integrations that ensure data consistency and streamlined operations across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Design and develop custom Odoo modules and features using Python and the Odoo ORM.
Customize business workflows dashboards reordering rules notification triggers and QWeb reports within Odoo.
Enable and enhance functionality for barcode scanning document uploads and photo attachments.
Develop and maintain robust APIbased integrations with thirdparty platforms including Workday Salesforce and various supplier systems.
Ensure data reliability through realtime monitoring error handling and retry logic in data flows.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to define requirements and deliver scalable technical solutions.
Support middleware or direct integration strategies using tools like Zapier Make (Integromat) or custombuilt connectors.
Requirements
Required Skills & Experience:
Strong development experience with Python PostgreSQL and Odoo ORM.
Proven ability to customize Odoo workflows reports (QWeb) and document features.
Deep understanding of REST API and XMLRPC for integration work.
Handson experience integrating with platforms such as Workday Salesforce or similar enterprise systems.
Familiarity with integration tools such as Zapier Make (Integromat) or custom middleware solutions.
Ability to troubleshoot and optimize data flows including error tracking and recovery mechanisms.
Comfortable working in a collaborative Agile environment.
Nice to Have:
Experience in enterprise environments with largescale Odoo implementations.
Familiarity with supply chain HRIS or CRM process automation.
Knowledge of authentication mechanisms (OAuth API keys SSO).
Exposure to DevOps tools for deployment and CI/CD pipelines.
Odoo development (custom modules, workflows, QWeb, ORM), Workday, Salesforce, or supplier systems using REST API or XML-RPC, Python and PostgreSQL
