Job Description
CBOSIT Technologies is seeking a dynamic and resultsoriented Project Manager to join our team of Business Consultants. Youll play a crucial role in delivering impactful digital platforms and ensuring our clients achieve scalability and profitability through innovative solutions. Were looking for someone with a strong background in project management a knack for agile methodologies and a passion for leading teams to success. What Youll Do:
- Orchestrate Project Success: Lead and manage the endtoend delivery of digital transformation projects with a focus on implementing and optimizing Zoho solutions for our clients.
- Agile Team Leadership: Champion Scrum methodologies facilitating sprint planning daily standups reviews and retrospectives to ensure efficient and timely project delivery.
- Stakeholder Management & Communication: Be the central point of contact for all project stakeholders effectively managing expectations providing regular and transparent updates and fostering strong collaborative relationships. Youll ensure clear communication flows between the client internal teams and thirdparty vendors.
- Client Collaboration: Act as a key point of contact for clients managing expectations communicating progress and ensuring their needs are met throughout the project lifecycle.
- Scope & Resource Management: Define project scope create detailed project plans allocate resources effectively and track progress against established timelines and budgets.
- Risk & Issue Resolution: Proactively identify potential risks and issues develop mitigation strategies and resolve challenges to keep projects on track.
- Quality Assurance: Oversee testing and deployment phases ensuring the delivered solutions meet client requirements and our high standards of quality.
- CrossFunctional Coordination: Collaborate closely with our Zoho experts scripting masters and automation architects to ensure seamless integration and optimal solution delivery.
Requirements
What Youll Bring:
Youre a perfect fit if you have been practicing the below for more than 9 years:
- Project Management Expertise: Proven track record in managing complex digital transformation projects ideally within a consulting environment.
- Agile Champion: Deep understanding and practical experience with Scrum and other agile methodologies.
- Communication Pro: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills able to clearly articulate project status challenges and solutions to both technical and nontechnical stakeholders. This includes a strong ability to conduct engaging presentations and lead effective meetings.
- Stakeholder Relationship Builder: Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with diverse stakeholders both internal and external ensuring alignment and buyin throughout the project lifecycle.
- Global Client Experience: Experience successfully managing projects for UKbased clients is a significant advantage.
- ProblemSolving Acumen: A strategic thinker with a strong ability to identify analyze and resolve projectrelated issues effectively.
- Leadership Potential: Ability to motivate guide and empower project teams to achieve their goals.
- Organizational Prowess: Excellent planning organizational and time management skills.
Tech Prowess Preferred:
While not a handson technical role an understanding of the following will be highly beneficial:
- Zoho Familiarity: Exposure to or understanding of Zoho applications such as CRM Desk Books People Creator and Analytics.
- Process Mapping: Familiarity with tools like Miro or LucidChart for documenting workflows.
- Basic Technical Understanding: Ability to comprehend technical discussions around scripting (Deluge JavaScript) and API integrations.

You're a perfect fit if you have been practising below for greater then 4years: Communication magic: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to engage clients and explain complex concepts clearly. Process prowess: Ability to analyse, re-engineer, and optimize business workflows. Problem-solving superpower: A knack for identifying and resolving roadblocks, delivering effective solutions. Agile mindset: Adaptability and eagerness to learn new technologies. Zoho expertise: Deep understanding of Zoho CRM, Zoho Books, Zoho Desk, Zoho People and other core applications. Technical chops: Experience with data migration, integrations, and customization. Team player spirit: Ability to collaborate effectively in a dynamic environment. Tech Prowess Required: A Zoho whiz: Implementing, customising, and managing CRM, Desk, Books, People, Creator and more. A scripting master: Writing custom Deluge functions and wielding JavaScript with ease. An automation architect: Flowcharts like Miro, , LucidChart are your canvas. A problem-solver extraordinaire: Fixing bugs, navigating APIs, and resolving any Zoho hurdle.
