Develop and execute sales and business development strategies within assigned markets
Identify and qualify new business opportunities across residential commercial and industrial segments
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers partners and key stakeholders

Requirements
Proven track record in sales business development or account management preferably in the solar or renewable energy sector
Strong understanding of solar components and system configurations (OnGrid OffGrid and PVDiesel Hybrid)
Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills
Ability to conduct market research and analyse trends
Clientfocused mindset with a commitment to customer satisfaction
Bachelor s degree in Business Engineering or a related field
Proficiency in English; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is a plus
Willingness to travel for business development and client meetings
