Externship Responsibilities:

• Complete your degree externship requirement with an unforgettable experience at the 2025 Indiana State Fair.
• Train for the grand opening in August and work through the bustling state fair season.
• Continue your experiential field opportunity and contribute to the success of the propertys largest freestanding concession.
• Gain handson experience in the dairy industry through the preparation of dairy foods sanitation marketing and customer service through this firstofitskind externship with the American Dairy Association Indiana (ADAI).

Perks:

• Season Parking Permit
• Daily Fair Admission

Externship Timeline:

• Training intervals in June and July (hours TBD)
• Fair Hours: 48 hours/week (August 1 August 17 closed on Mondays)
• Concludes: August 18 2025

Experience:

• HOSP 280 Externship Requirement. Must be enrolled in Summer HOSP 280 class while training for the opening day of the Indiana State Fair.

Salary:

• $20.00 per hour
