Job Description
Introduction:
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking candidate to lead our team and ensure that our clients facilities are clean and wellmaintained. The Lead will be responsible for overseeing the cleaning of offices bathrooms breakrooms common areas and other areas of the facility. Also performing tasks such as inspections and inventory management. The selected candidates must have strong leadership abilities and attention to detail. Candidate must also be willing to step up and help the team in the case of personnel shortages.
Starting pay is $19.00 per hour but is negotiable for highly experienced applicants.
This is an entrylevel leadership role withroom for growth in management positions for the right candidates.

Responsibilities:
- Direct team members to accomplish tasks
- Communicate with management on client needs
- Report any issues with staff or facility to management
- Clean offices and restrooms.
- Stock restrooms
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Report any maintenance issues or damages to management.
- Follow all safety and sanitation policies and procedures

Qualifications:
- Strong Leadership skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and handle a highvolume workload
- Ability to work efficiently in a fastpaced environment
- Ability to walk and/or stand for extended periods of time
- 1 year minimum of experience in a leadership role
- Must have a reliable vehicle
- Must have open availability
