Primary Responsibilities:
- Program Development and Oversight:
- Provide supervision for up to 10 supervisees which may include interns pre-licensed clinicians and licensed clinicians; will supervise other department staff as needed.
- Provide clinical support and feedback to staff to support staff development and growth. Support pre-licensed clinicians in preparing for licensure.
- Review and monitor supervisees clinical documentation including progress notes diagnostic evaluations and treatment plans to meet compliance regulatory and insurance standards.
- Offer occasional direct patient support as needed including crisis assessment and intervention
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications and Skills: Experience Education and Capabilities
- LICSW licensure with 3 years post-independent license experience (required)
- At least two years experience providing clinical supervision (required)
- Clinical therapy experience with patients across the lifespan through therapy services including individual couples family and group work (required)
- High ethical standards and maintain professional licensing (required)
- Able to successfully complete insurance credentialing (required)
- Strong clinical documentation skills incorporating DSM-5-TR diagnoses and facilitating communication with patients and medical providers
- Strong time management skills and communication skills
- Experience with integrated behavioral health in primary care (preferred)
- Experience with electronic health records (required) and Epic (preferred)
Physical Requirements:
Personal qualities of integrity credibility and dedication to the mission of Codman Square Health Center
Must be able to stand or sit for prolonged periods (50% of the time)
Must be able to lift 10-25 pounds.
