Job Purpose:
The Technical Product Manager II for Internal ERP Applications plays a pivotal role in managing and optimizing the organizations ERP systems and IT project management processes. This position is responsible for driving the development enhancement and integration of internal ERP applications to streamline business operations improve efficiency and support organizational goals. This technical product Manager is accountable for Delivered solution effectiveness projected vs. actual ROI ratio usage etc. and also Customer satisfaction qualitative & quantitative. The Technical Product Owners role is crucial in achieving departmental objectives by ensuring that internal ERP solutions effectively support and enhance the departments operations.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive product roadmap for internal ecosystems and applications aligning with organizational objectives and IT strategy.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define product vision goals and requirements based on business needs and industry best practices.
- Oversee the planning execution and delivery of ecosystems and applicationsrelated IT projects ensuring they are completed on time within scope and within budget.
- Coordinate with crossfunctional teams including IT business units and external vendors to manage project milestones and resolve any issues.
- Conduct needs assessments and gather requirements from various departments to understand business processes and identify areas for ecosystems and applications system improvements.
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications and work with development teams to implement solutions.
- Collaborate with developers system engieers and other IT professionals to design and build ecosystems and applications application features and enhancements. Ensure technical solutions are scalable secure and aligned with best practices and organizational standards
- Act as the main point of contact between business units and the IT department ensuring clear and effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Provide regular updates on project status risks and milestones to stakeholders and senior management.
- Develop and execute testing plans to validate the functionality performance and stability of ecosystems and applications applications before deployment. Manage user acceptance testing (UAT) and gather feedback to make necessary adjustments and improvements.
- Develop training materials and conduct sessions to educate users on new features and functionalities of ecosystems and applications applications. Provide ongoing support and address any issues or concerns related to ecosystems and applications systems.
- Monitor system performance and user feedback to identify opportunities for optimization and enhancement.
- Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies to recommend and implement best practices for ecosystems and applications applications.
- Technical Specifications: Convert business needs into comprehensive technical specifications ensuring clarity for development teams to effectively implement solutions; Work closely with crossfunctional teams to refine requirements and validate technical feasibility enhancing overall project outcomes; Maintain a repository of specifications and documentation to support future enhancements and knowledge transfer.
Knowledge Skills and Experience:
- >3 to 5 Years of relevant work experience
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology Business Administration or a related field.
- Advanced degrees or certifications are a plus.
- Proven experience (typically up to 5 years) as a Product Manager or Project Manager in IT with a focus on ERP systems.
- Strong understanding of ERP systems (e.g. SAP Oracle Microsoft Dynamics) and IT project management methodologies.
- Strong IT Distribution Industry background is a plus.
- Excellent communication leadership and problemsolving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with crossfunctional teams and manage multiple priorities effectively.

- Collaborer avec les parties prenantes pour dfinir la vision du produit les objectifs et les exigences en fonction des besoins commerciaux et des meilleures pratiques de lindustrie.
- Superviser la planification lexcution et la livraison des projets informatiques lis aux cosystmes et applications en veillant ce quils soient termins temps dans le respect du primtre et du budget.
- Coordonner avec des quipes interfonctionnelles y compris linformatique les units commerciales et les fournisseurs externes pour grer les jalons du projet et rsoudre tout problme.
- Raliser des valuations des besoins et recueillir des exigences auprs de divers dpartements pour comprendre les processus commerciaux et identifier les domaines damlioration des systmes dcosystmes et dapplications.
- Traduire les exigences commerciales en spcifications techniques et travailler avec les quipes de dveloppement pour mettre en uvre des solutions.
- Collaborer avec les dveloppeurs les ingnieurs systmes et dautres professionnels de linformatique pour concevoir et construire des fonctionnalits et amliorations dapplications dcosystmes et dapplications. Sassurer que les solutions techniques sont volutives scurises et alignes avec les meilleures pratiques et les normes organisationnelles.
- Agir en tant que principal point de contact entre les units commerciales et le dpartement informatique en veillant une communication claire et efficace tout au long du cycle de vie du projet.
- Fournir des mises jour rgulires sur ltat du projet les risques et les jalons aux parties prenantes et la direction.
- Dvelopper et excuter des plans de test pour valider la fonctionnalit la performance et la stabilit des applications dcosystmes et dapplications avant le dploiement. Grer les tests dacceptation utilisateur (UAT) et recueillir des retours pour apporter les ajustements et amliorations ncessaires.
- Dvelopper des matriaux de formation et animer des sessions pour duquer les utilisateurs sur les nouvelles fonctionnalits et fonctionnalits des applications dcosystmes et dapplications. Fournir un soutien continu et traiter tout problme ou proccupation li aux systmes dcosystmes et dapplications.
- Surveiller la performance du systme et les retours des utilisateurs pour identifier les opportunits doptimisation et damlioration.
- Rester inform des tendances de lindustrie et des technologies mergentes pour recommander et mettre en uvre les meilleures pratiques pour les applications dcosystmes et dapplications.

Connaissances comptences et exprience :
- Plus de 3 5 ans dexprience de travail pertinente.
- Diplme de baccalaurat en informatique technologie de linformation administration des affaires ou dans un domaine connexe.
- Diplmes avancs ou certifications sont un atout.
- Exprience prouve (typiquement jusqu 5 ans) en tant que Gestionnaire de Produit ou Gestionnaire de Projet en informatique avec un accent sur les systmes ERP.
- Bonne comprhension des systmes ERP (par exemple SAP Oracle Microsoft Dynamics) et des mthodologies de gestion de projet informatique.
- Solide exprience dans lindustrie de la distribution informatique est un atout.
