General Manager
Pays $80K to $85K/Health Insurance/PTO/
MADEs Spanish inspired menu is chef driven. Small plate tapas and highquality Spanish ingredients center around the hardwood parrilla grill. Chef leads the enthusiastic kitchen staff with his passion for all things cured fresh and pickled and the dishes deliver the authentic tastes of Spain.
We are seeking an experienced Fine Dining General Manager to lead our team.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily restaurant operations ensuring a seamless guest experience
- Lead train and inspire a team of hospitality professionals
- Maintain high standards of service food quality and ambiance
- Manage budgets forecasting and financial goals to optimize profitability
- Curate and oversee an exceptional wine program pairing selections with our menu
- Foster relationships with vendors and uphold inventory management best practices
- Ensure compliance with health safety and regulatory standards
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in fine dining management (5 years preferred)
- Minimum 2 Years of GM experience is preferred
- Expertise in Spanish cuisine and wine pairings
- Strong leadership and teambuilding skills
- Financial acumen with experience in budgeting and P&L management
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Ability to thrive in a fastpaced highend dining environment
