We are seeking an experienced Fine Dining General Manager to lead our team. Responsibilities: - Oversee daily restaurant operations ensuring a seamless guest experience
- Lead train and inspire a team of hospitality professionals
- Maintain high standards of service food quality and ambiance
- Manage budgets forecasting and financial goals to optimize profitability
- Curate and oversee an exceptional wine program pairing selections with our menu
- Foster relationships with vendors and uphold inventory management best practices
- Ensure compliance with health safety and regulatory standards
Qualifications: - Proven experience in fine dining management (5 years preferred)
- Minimum 2 Years of GM experience is preferred
- Expertise in Spanish cuisine and wine pairings
- Strong leadership and teambuilding skills
- Financial acumen with experience in budgeting and P&L management
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Ability to thrive in a fastpaced highend dining environment
