The Opportunity:
Were looking for a driven Assistant General Manager whos ready to step into a leadership role and grow with an organization thats on the move. As AGM youll support daily operations lead the team alongside the General Manager and help deliver memorable guest experiences while developing your own leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support daytoday restaurant operations with a focus on consistency quality and guest satisfaction
- Partner with the GM to hire train and develop front and backofhouse teams
- Lead by example to foster a positive inclusive workplace
- Maintain high standards for cleanliness food safety and compliance
- Monitor costs and contribute to achieving financial goals
