In this position you will engage in a thorough 12month training program that includes a range of entrylevel tasks aimed at enhancing your technical skills and expertise in specific areas of engineering technology such as surveying drafting and design construction and materials inspection as well as traffic control and planning. You will utilize surveying principles to gather and report data essential for the design and construction of highways and bridges. Additionally you will support the setup operation adjustment and maintenance of various surveying instruments while also establishing centerlines measuring angles and verifying the alignment of structures. Your responsibilities will include staking out tangents curve stations and reference control points.
