Job Description

Looking for an opportunity to move fast and make a global impact

Rest of World (ROW) Stores organizations charter is to rapidly expand Amazon Stores presence globally partnering closely with category management business technology and product teams across Amazon to deliver the worlds largest selection to customers around the globe. Within RoW organization the Global Purchasing Programs vision is to leverage our global footprint to offer more selection to worldwide customers.

We are looking for a Product Manager to join our team and drive scale to our international inventory initiatives. As a PM on our team you will drive the product roadmap and own the research design development implementation and continuous improvement of initiatives that support international inventory programs across the globe.

To excel in this role you will:
be passionate about the customer experience and delivering innovative enhancements on their behalf
be willing to roll up your sleeves and operate with limited guidance
have strong interpersonal skills able to influence remote teams both tech and nontech
bring analytical horsepower enhanced excel skills and a deep curiosity about how things work
possess highly advanced project management skills
be commercially savvy and have excellent business judgment
bring operational rigor holding your program stakeholders accountable to the highest of standards

5 years of product or program management product marketing business development or technology experience
Bachelors degree or equivalent
Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
Experience with end to end product delivery
Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
Experience as a product manager or owner

Experience in influencing senior leadership through data driven insights
Experience working across functional teams and senior stakeholders
Experience in Accounting Tax or Finance preferred

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $124500/year in our lowest geographic market up to $206000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on jobrelated knowledge skills and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered equity signon payments and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package in addition to a full range of medical financial and/or other benefits.
