Miers Insurance in Allentown PA is seeking an experienced Senior Account Manager to join our dedicated team. Compensation Commensurate with experience
- Oversees the servicing of a designated book of business as relating to daytoday client needs marketing claims and administration
- Engages in client meetings to manage insured expectations for upcoming renewals
- Researches issues root cause implements and resolves policyrelated issues
- Recommends potential enhancements or improvements to processes products and/or policies
- Follow the workflow process for policy changes policies endorsements and audits on their assigned accounts
- Liason on a scheduled basis with the Claims Manager on larger open claims for better communication within the team and with clients
- Must hold an active Pennsylvania Property & Casualty License
- Must have a minimum of 5 years in a Commercial Lines account management position
- Experience in the Transportation Construction and Hospitality insurance market segment preferred
- Must have strong verbal and written communication skills
- Must be able to visit clients as needed
- Designation preferred but not required
- Must be wellversed in Microsoft 365 products
- Strong working knowledge of Applied Epic preferred
