Position Details:
This direct hire role is part time on call and performs office services and light facility/custodial work. Hours will range within MF 8:00AM 5:00PM. No nights no weekends. All locations worked will be in the Louisville/Jeffersonville metro area. Business acceptable dress code and standards are required.
Hourly Compensation: $16.0017.50 USD per hour DOE

Responsibilities
The OnCall PartTime Team Member will be responsible for maintaining the highest levels of customer care while demonstrating a friendly and cooperative attitude in addition to:
Provide reception/front desk support
Operate mailing copy and fax equipment
Provide high levels of customer care and a friendly cooperative attitude
Printing copying scanning data entry sorting mail and other administrative tasks as assigned
Demonstrate flexibility in satisfying customer demands in production environment
Participate in crosstraining & light facility/custodial need
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
The OnCall PartTime Team Member will possess excellent communication skills both verbal and written is effectively able to work independently and in a team environment in addition to:
- Must have access to reliable transportation to reach locations not on public transportation routes
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) College Degree is a plus and allows a fast track plan to management
- Customer Service/ Hospitality/ Retail background preferred
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Keyboarding and windows environment PC skills
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Ability to effectively work individually or in a team environment
- Lifting up to 55 pounds
