The Director of Internal Audit Americas will partner with the Chief Audit Executive to lead the Internal Audit function. This leadership role oversees other Directors Senior Managers Managers and stafflevel auditors within a multitiered reporting structure. The Director plays a pivotal role in risk assessment audit planning and enhancing audit methodology while serving as a key member of the Internal Audit Leadership Team. This position requires effective communication across all levels of the organization regarding audit findings risk management and action plans. The role involves coordination with external auditors to optimize resources and minimize duplication of efforts. Limited travel (approximately 10%) may be required.
