The Hilton Santa Barbara Beachfront Resort is looking for a Guest Service Agent to join the team.
Nestled on Californias Central Coastline just steps from pristine beaches the property celebrates Santa Barbaras culture and history across its 24acre resort featuring 360 spacious rooms and 60000 sq. ft. of meeting space.

The ideal candidate should possess at least one year of customer service experience with a preference for those who have worked at a hotel front desk. They should be passionate about providing guests with memorable experiences capable of multitasking and demonstrate adaptability and flexibility in their schedule.
What will I be doing
As a Guest Services Agent you would be responsible for greeting and registering guests and checking guests out of the hotel in the hotels continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
