We are seeking a dynamic and detailoriented Production Scheduler to join our innovative team in Richland MS. In this role you will play a crucial part in ensuring our production processes run smoothly and efficiently. How Youll Make an Impact
Develop and maintain daily weekly and monthly production schedules based on sales forecasts customer orders and inventory levels.
Coordinate with procurement warehouse and production teams to ensure timely availability of raw materials and components.
Monitor workinprogress and adjust schedules as needed to accommodate changes in demand delays or equipment downtime.
Analyze capacity and resource requirements and make recommendations to optimize throughput.
Collaborate with quality maintenance and logistics departments to ensure product delivery aligns with specifications and deadlines.
Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) related to production efficiency ontime delivery and inventory levels.
Maintain accurate records in ERP/MRP systems.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
Your Background
Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management Industrial Engineering or a related field.
3 years of experience in production planning or a similar role.
Proficiency in ERP/MRP systems.
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
Ability to work effectively in a teamoriented environment.
