Senior Implementation Consultant

As a Sr. Implementation Consultant you will be integral in delivering bestinclass consulting services for Adobes toptier clients ensuring they achieve their business objectives through strategic implementations of Adobe Workfront and related platforms.

We are seeking individuals who have a proven ability to assess design and execute work management solutions using Adobe Workfront and its integrations with a focus on driving measurable results for clients. The ideal candidate will be adept at increasing solution adoption designing workflows and aligning implementations with the full Adobe ecosystem ensuring lasting business value and client success. Expertise in guiding enterprise organizations through change management and process optimization is a key asset.

An understanding of the broader content supply chain is highly desirable including campaign planning (Workfront Planning) content creation (Creative Cloud) workflow optimization review and approval processes (Workfront and ) enterprise DAM & content management (Adobe Experience Manager) and platforms such as Campaign Marketo Target and personalization tools like Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) and Adobe Experience Platform (AEP).

Duties:

• Design and configure enterpriselevel business process solutions using Workfront to achieve client business objectives.

• Align Workfront with other Adobe products in a content supply chain.

• Increase adoption of Workfront to solve unidentified client problems enhancing business value.

• Lead customers through strategic implementations and develop solution designs that provide strategic value while solving nearterm business problems.

• Create project plans design documents templates layouts queues custom forms reports and other artifacts aligned with implementation requirements.

• Deliver highquality consulting services for Workfront implementation and golive success.

• Serve as a business process workflow/configuration SME for clients and stakeholders.

• Mentor coach and provide knowledge resources and escalation support for clients.

• Contribute to the continuous improvement of product and implementation methodologies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree and proven business process consulting experience.

• 5 years of experience as an onsite business process/management consultant specifically with Workfront.

• Understanding and experience with the larger Adobe suite of products especially AEM AJO Campaign Target etc.

• Proven track record of delivering endtoend solutions for enterprise organizations (5000 employees).

• Experience in change management methodologies preferred.

• Proven ability to develop and document business processes with documentation examples available upon request.

• High technical aptitude with experience in APIdriven integrations migrations and enhancements recommended.

• Experience working with 3rd party software integrations and proficient in RESTful/GraphQL APIs.

• Excellent interpersonal problemsolving and relationship skills including empathy effective communication selfawareness selfregulation and motivation.

• Analytical skills to draw connections between disparate problems and solutions.

• Ability to work on multiple tasks and prioritize personal workload.
