The Assessment Services Department has two (2) fulltime (1.0 FTE) 10month Central Office Resource Teacher vacancies.

The Central Office Resource Teacher duties for this department includes but not limited to:
Demonstrate deep understanding of summative and formative assessments and their instructional implications.
Analyze synthesize and facilitate the use of multiple sources of student data to inform personalized instruction and targeted support that meet the needs of all learners.
Support schools in accessing organizing and interpreting data from multiple systems to drive instructional improvement and address teaching and learning needs.
Design and provide training and expertise in data and assessment literacy to promote accurate data interpretation and appropriate assessment use to teachers administrators central office staff and parents.
Offer guidance on the effective use of District data management systems to support instructional planning and student monitoring.
Capable of quickly learning and proficiently using technology equipment and software applications as needed to support instruction and collaboration.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong ability to communicate clearly and respectfully with diverse adult audiences. They are adaptable wellorganized and able to manage shifting priorities with professionalism and composure.
A collaborative mindset openness to new ideas and a commitment to innovative problemsolving are essential.
The candidate should bring empathy a willingness to take thoughtful risks and a positive collegial presence that strengthens a culture of continuous improvement and shared responsibility.
