In this role you will meet with supervisory staff to discuss situations brought to the Compliance Office to determine if a violation of law is present. A variety of situations may be brought to the office by referrals from Licensing or Examinations consumer complaints or internal research. Work involves collaborating with staff to recommend appropriate action against entities determined to be in violation of the laws which the Compliance Office is responsible for enforcing and initiating such actions. Effective communication is a key aspect of this position as you will be answering telephone inquiries as well as referring callers to the appropriate party.
