Clinical Supervisor of Residential Services
Clinical Supervisor of Residential Services needed in Hermiston OR

Salary and Benefits
- The pay range for this position is $65500 $119500 based on experience and/or license

Responsibilities
- Monday Friday (8:00am 5:00pm)
- Provide daily clinical supervision to clinicians and QMHA staff.
- Ensure adherence to evidencebased practices and strong clinical outcomes.
- Oversee timely professional completion of documentation and clinical work
- Hire train supervise evaluate and if needed discipline staff.
- Overseeing the residential facility
Requirements:
Clinical Supervisor I:
- Masters degree from an accredited university in psychology sociology or a related human services field
- Minimum of 2 years postgraduate experience delivering clinical services
- Prior supervisory experience preferred
Clinical Supervisor II:
- Active licensure as LCSW LPC or LMFT
- 3 years of supervisory experience in a related field preferred
