Job Description/Responsibilities: Clinical Surgical and Trauma/Orthopedic Call
# of Physicians: 4 Physicians as of July 2025 with Locum call coverage
# of Advanced Practice Providers: 7
Nursing Support/Physician Nurse Ratio: 1 nurse/provider 3 cast techs/7 providers
Ancillary Staff per Provider: 3 Reception/7 providers 2 Surgery Schedulers/7 providers
Services/Procedures offered in the practice: Total hip knee and shoulder replacement. Hand wrist knee shoulder hip ankle and foot surgical procedures. Trauma injuries fracture care sports medicine and other disorders.
# Exam Rooms per Provider: 2 exam rooms and 3 cast rooms
Medical Imaging: YES.
Lab: YES.
Pharmacy: YES.
Average Daily Hospital Practice Census: Mainly consults current avg hospital daily census 160 pts/day
Appointment Length: 1030 mins depending on new consult recheck postop or procedure
Patient Population/Demographics: Hub Hospital Serve 16 surrounding counties Population 200000
EMR: GE Centricity for clinic. EPIC for hospital.
Teaching Opportunity: IM and FM residency. PA student rotation.
Facility will accept new grads.
