Job Description
Falmouth Academy seeks a dynamic and enthusiastic Fulltime French Teacher to join our faculty for theacademic year. The ideal candidate will have a strong academic background in French language instruction and a demonstrated commitment to engaging and inspiring students in grades 712. We value educators who bring a passion for language and culture studentcentered teaching practices and a collaborative spirit to our educational community.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Teach Middle and/or Upper School French courses (levels to be determined)
- Develop course materials including syllabi assignments assessments and cultural enrichment activities
- Assess and evaluate student progress and performance
- Design and revise curriculum content and instructional methods in alignment with departmental goals
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance grades and progress
- Hold regular office hours to support and advise students
- Serve as a student advisor and actively participate in advisory programming
- Contribute to the cocurricular program by coaching advising a club or activity or their equivalent
- Participate in professional development and schoolwide evaluation efforts
- Attend and support school events including occasional evening or weekend commitments
- Perform additional duties as assigned
