As the Senior Manager Financial Analysis Business Unit Integrator you will be responsible for:
Managing employees
Performing Estimates at Completion
Budget development

Position Responsibilities:
Develops and executes integrated organizational plans policies and procedures and guides the development of business and technical strategies goals objectives
Acquires resources for organizational activities and lead process improvements
Provides oversight and approval of technical approaches products and processes
Develops and sustains relationships and partnerships with key customers stakeholders peers partners and direct reports (including managing developing and motivating employees)
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
Bachelors Degree or higher
3 years of experience in a Finance Accounting Business or related role
3 years of experience developing and analyzing Financial Forecasts
3 year of experience performing in a leadership role
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
3 years performing Estimate at Completion (EAC)
3 years of experience in Earned Value Management
Experience with team building developing and motivating employees
Experience developing positive relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
Strong presentation skills and the ability to effectively communicate data in Senior Leadership briefings
Experience applying Department of Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) requirements
