Position Responsibilities:

• Develops and executes integrated organizational plans policies and procedures and guides the development of business and technical strategies goals objectives

• Acquires resources for organizational activities and lead process improvements

• Provides oversight and approval of technical approaches products and processes

• Develops and sustains relationships and partnerships with key customers stakeholders peers partners and direct reports (including managing developing and motivating employees)

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

• Bachelors Degree or higher

• 3 years of experience in a Finance Accounting Business or related role

• 3 years of experience developing and analyzing Financial Forecasts

• 3 year of experience performing in a leadership role

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

• 3 years performing Estimate at Completion (EAC)

• 3 years of experience in Earned Value Management

• Experience with team building developing and motivating employees

• Experience developing positive relationships with customers and internal stakeholders

• Strong presentation skills and the ability to effectively communicate data in Senior Leadership briefings

• Experience applying Department of Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) requirements
