About Us

Crowds gather at urbanbelly for a taste of Chef Bill Kims original and playful take on dumplings rice and noodle bowls with an emphasis on bold flavors and local ingredients. Dont be surprised to see our awardwinning chef working the line or the dining room.


Attendant Responsibilities

  • Complete FOH Opening and Closing checklists before and after service.
  • Take food orders from guests; accurately enter orders in our pointofsale system.
  • Accept payments process credit card charges and/or make changes accurately.
  • Handle phone orders with HAPPI values to collect information needed to complete the order.
  • Monitor and observe guests dining experience. Ensure guests are satisfied with the food and service. Respond promptly and courteously to any requests.
  • Pack label and check all orders for accuracy.
  • Alert and note on all food allergies and restrictions.
  • Maintain a clean and sanitary work and service area including tables shelves POS tablets and paper supplies storage.

Requirements
  • At least 18 years of age.
  • High school education or equivalent.
  • 12 years of experience.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Ability to deal with guests in a professional manner while maintaining a composed demeanor in high stress situations.
  • Read write speak and understand English comprehensively.
  • Basic math skills and understand basic measurements.
  • A valid food safety certification.
  • Ability to lift and carry objects weighing up to 20 pounds on a regular basis.
  • Frequent long periods of standing and walking are expected during the workday.
  • Ability to reach for objects and stoop or bend as needed to perform job duties.
  • This position may involve visual and auditory tasks including the ability to see and hear adequately to perform job functions.
