Qualifications
Bachelors degree required. Minimum 57 years of progressively responsible experience in HR systems operations or HRIS project management. Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously. Demonstrated understanding of HR processes including full employee lifecycle process mapping. Proficiency with business intelligence/reporting tools (Power BI Tableau) and Microsoft Office especially Excel and SharePoint. Excellent communication collaboration and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical mindset and keen attention to detail. Ability to present complex data insights clearly to nontechnical audiences.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in higher education. Prior experience with Ellucian Banner. Effective relationshipbuilding and communication skills across diverse constituencies. Knowledge of HR best practices and regulatory compliance in a university or public sector environment.
