Job Description
Are you looking to enhance your current position as a CPT with more opportunities and growth
Primarily responsibility: To program and motivate your clients to achieve their results. Be willing to be open minded and understand its not a one shoe fits all philosophy. Work with your clients.
Other responsibilities:
Continually look to improve yourself as a trainer. We offer educational reimbursement every two years. Also a substantial discount on NASM products.
Continue to improve your book of business. We provide Healthtrax specific training for the consultation and sales component.
Be forward thinking ask questions bring up new ideas lets challenge the status quo.

Must be a strong communicator with a commitment to superior customer service excellence supporting members to achieve their goals with a keen eye on safety and proper form.
SKILLS:
- Strong interpersonal communication skills. Ability to engage and retain personal training clientele
- Demonstrated ability to educate and motivate individuals toward safely achieving fitness goals
- Ensure organization appearance general maintenance and safety of fitness areas
- Provide accurate information and promote Center programs and services
- Specific Healthtrax fitness training is provided and compliance will be inspected
- Provide immediate efficient and friendly customer service in person and over the phone
- Team player assisting with various Center programs and service activities as needed
- Educational partnership with Post University reduced tuition for you and your immediate household
