Team Overview

We are seeking a Business Information Security Officer (BISO) to lead the integration of security best practices within our Cloud Operations function. Working closely with the business leaders and the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) you will develop a deep understanding of the business to have specialized information security riskbased discussions. This relationship will ensure a focus on the right risk priorities. You will also provide guidance on information security topics policies and controls.

You will be responsible for identifying and addressing risks related to customer data protection in cloud and onprem systems. The ideal candidate will have expertise in risk management IT security and security awareness along with a strong ability to balance business needs with security imperatives.

Description

Information Security assists in the creation and implementation of security solutions including performing risk assessments assisting with incident response responding to customer security questions evaluating vendor security documentation and coordinating security program efforts.

Your daytoday job will consist of:

• Act as the primary liaison with the security team.
• Develop and implement businessspecific security controls to protect customer data and service integrity.
• Ensure appropriate security measures are in place to protect against threats vulnerabilities and breaches in both cloud and onprem environments.
• Conduct regular security assessments and audits to identify and mitigate potential security threats and vulnerabilities in cloud environments.
• Remediate audit findings in collaboration with the internal audit team.
• Participate in companywide security initiatives and crossfunctional projects.
• Report security risks issues and key metrics to both business and security leadership.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in a relevant business or technical discipline is required.
• 7 years of relevant work experience securing enterprise cloud environments in medium to large companies.
• Proven track record of aligning security strategies with business objectives.
• Relevant cloud and/or security certifications are a plus but not required.

A reasonable estimate of the base compensation range for this position is $140200 $187700 USD. This compensation range is specific to the United States and it incorporates many factors including but not limited to an applicants skills and prior relevant experience and training; licensures degrees and certifications; specific geographic location; internal equity; internal pay ranges; and market data/range parameters.
