Position Summary:
The Assistant Director of Residential Life is responsible for supporting the vision of the department while providing leadership to staff and students. Under the leadership of the Director of Residential Life the Assistant Director is responsible for direct supervision of 4 Community Directors and indirect supervision of 4 graduate assistants. Advise two residential life organizations of NRHH & RHA. Fort Hays State University has six halls and two apartment complexes housing up to approximately 1700 residents.

This is a 12month position responsible for working on the residential life team to deliver a vibrant residential living community that engages students for success at Fort Hays State University. Versatility and collaboration are the keys to this position.
