Job Description:We are seeking an experienced Stellantis Shop Foreman to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive repair and maintenance with specific expertise in Stellantis vehicles. As a Shop Foreman you will oversee the daily operations of our service department ensuring efficient workflow and highquality service.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead a team of technicians.
- Dispatch work among team of technicians.
- Coordinate and prioritize repair and maintenance tasks.
- Ensure all work is performed to the highest standards and in compliance with safety regulations.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex automotive issues.
- Maintain accurate records of repairs and services.
- Provide training and mentorship to junior staff.
- Communicate effectively with customers and provide excellent customer service.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Shop Foreman or similar role in an automotive service environment.
- Extensive knowledge of Stellantis vehicles and their systems.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Excellent problemsolving abilities.
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment.
- ASE certification or equivalent is preferred.
- Strong communication skills.
