We are the leader in creating dynamic Truly Custom Solutions for every room in our clients homes. We design custom closets pantries home offices entertainment centers wall beds garages and much more. We are here to provide solutions for each of our clients organizational aesthetic and budgetary needs.
We are searching for another member to add to our closeknit team of individuals in Customer Service. We are seeking an experienced teamoriented customer service driven individual who understands the role the front desk staff plays as the face of Closet Factory. Customer service coordinators learn all about how we design manufacture and install so they can talk to clients and answer all of their questions.
Our office is fast paced where no two days are the same. There is a high level of activity so boredom is not an option. You will handle multiple items simultaneously in a professional and courteous manner. You will encounter many different types of people and help them with their requests. We recognize people are our most important asset and will train you to excel in your position.
