Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is looking for MidLevel Procurement Agents (Level 3) to join our BCA Interiors Operations team in Everett WA.

The selected candidate will be working in a very dynamic fastpaced environment while learning new skills solving challenging problems and experiencing opportunities to grow in the SC organization. This position is supplier facing and will be responsible for managing the relationship with external suppliers and project managing all aspects of their performance.

As an integral member of the SC Interiors Operations team the Procurement Agent will provide support to external suppliers and internal organizations through their supply chain knowledge with a focus on development programs customer introductions and certification. This role requires blending strategic thinking with ontheground execution enabling the organizations to efficiently and effectively achieve development program milestones. The Statement of Work includes standard Supply Chain Management functions data analysis forecasting supply and/or demand troubleshooting and additional duties as assigned.

Position Responsibilities:

• Integrates program customer product and inservice strategies into source selection negotiation and contracting strategies
• Conducts risk issues and opportunities management
• Manages supply and demand schedules supplier quality delivery and financial performance. Initiates and executes supplier improvement activities and integrates results into contracting strategies

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills / Experience):

• 3 years of experience with Supplier Management Supplier Chain and/or Procurement practices and processes

• 3 years of experience leading managing projects from contract award through system requirements review preliminary design review critical design review parts procurement installation testing and delivery
• 3 years of experience working with senior leaders/executives to communicate strategic plans and objectives
• Domestic and international travel as needed

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills / Experience):

• Bachelors Degree or Advanced Degree
• 3 years of experience demonstrating exceptional business analytical and problemsolving skills
• 3 years of experience in Microsoft Office products
• 3 years of experience with ERP systems such as ERPLN and/or SAP
