Job Summary:
Reporting to the Senior Director of FP&A Invited is hiring a Senior Financial Analyst role. This will be a Dallas Fort Worth based hybrid role with two days in our Las Colinas office.
DaytoDay:
- Ensures timely and accurate operational performance reporting of actual results with variance analysis vs. forecast budget and prior year and presents results to organizational leaders.
- Liaises with key stakeholders and senior leadership to review results and determine key drivers of variances and how they impact our goforward performance.
- Develops and maintains monthly reporting including commentary of actual and forecast information to be used in departmental reporting packages and for discussion of financial results with senior management.
- Manages excel models for forecasting and analysis/decision support.
- Loads and consolidates budget and forecast data in Hyperion Planning.
- Drives and supports in the budget and planning process.
- Identifies and drives process improvements including the creation of standard and adhoc reports models and dashboards.
- Provides analytical support on particular projects and business cases to enhance the financial decisionmaking process.
About You:
- 35 years of experience in a financial analyst or similar role
- Bachelors degree in finance/accounting or equivalent experience
- CPA / MBA or other financial certifications preferred
- Knowledge of financial principles and practices
- Highly proficient in MS Office (Excel Word and PowerPoint)
- Experience with Smart View / Hyperion Planning a plus
- Highly motivated and resultsdriven
- Ability to work well in a fastpaced environment and manage deadlines
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present financial information to various levels within the organization
