Ansell is looking for a MarTech Operations Manager to join our team in Iselin NJ!
In this position you will play a vital role in leading the customer experience support team for North American Marketing ensuring seamless execution of omnichannel strategies. This role focuses on integrating and optimizing the MarTech stack (including Marketo Salesforce ON24 and paid media) tracking campaign performance and delivering insights to improve ROI. The ideal candidate brings expertise in digital marketing automation and data analysis to drive scalable datadriven marketing efforts.

What your role will be
Platform Integration & Campaign Enablement
- Manage attribution and integration across MarTech platforms (Marketo Salesforce ON24 Sitecore Paid Media etc.).
- Maintain customer database in Marketo; manage segmentation and compliance (CANSPAM CCPA CASL).
- Ensure data flow between marketing and sales systems for full funnel visibility.
- Support campaign automation demand generation and journey mapping with NA Marketing teams.
Attribution & Metrics
- Implement and maintain multitouch attribution reporting via the OmniChannel dashboard.
- Track UTMs lead sources campaign statuses and opportunity influence models.
- Align with Sales and eComm teams for lead routing and CRM data integrity.
Testing & Optimization
- Manage A/B testing and performance tracking across channels (email landing pages webinars ads).
- Develop automated testing frameworks and share insights during team meetings.
Reporting & Insights
- Collaborate with analytics teams for monthly reporting on lead flow conversion rates and revenue impact.
- Monitor KPIs like MQLtoSQL conversion influenced pipeline and content performance.
- Present quarterly reviews with results learnings and optimization strategies.
Team Development & Process Improvement
- Standardize processes with playbooks naming conventions and templates.
- Coach MarTech Ops team in weekly sessions and support performance growth.
- Ensure ongoing data compliance and drive process improvement through automation and tool adoption.
What will you bring to Ansell
- Minimum of 5 years related experience working in B2B digital marketing role.
- Experience with marketing automation software data and analytics platforms CRM and CMS software. Knowledge in Salesforce or similar CRM or Marketo or similar platform is a must.
- Expert in Marketo (certified preferred or comparable Marketing Automation platform) hands on experience in email building nurture & drip campaigns scoring & A/B testing. SMS experience a plus
- Proficient in Salesforce or similar CRM; understands lead routing/lifecycles field mapping & attribution.
- Ability to prioritize resources and manage multiple projects working with a variety of teams around the world.
- Familiarity with Paid Media GA4 Salesforce reports/dashboards Looker/Tableau. High Excel Proficiency is a must.
- Previous experience with managing a team is a plus.
