Ensures that all aspects of the front of the house operation contribute to 100% guest satisfaction. Demonstrates excellent customer relations skills and has the ability to market the outlet. Assists with creating developing and quantifying outlet sales initiatives. Assists with the scheduling all room personnel in accordance with the Operations Management Systems staying within 2% of standard hours and cost. Responsible for hiring training and performance management of staff members. Implements department training programs. Responsible for daily check control system payroll and forecasting. Assists with requisitions of supplies for the outlet. Maintains file documentation and accurate entries in daily logbook. Has working knowledge of union rules and regulations. Ensures adherence to all Board of Health standards. Ability to interact and coordinate work with other departments. |

EDUCATION/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE: |
College degree twoyear culinary degree or equivalent work experience required. Strong knowledge of all phases of restaurant operations in addition to work experience in full service or highvolume restaurant. Diverse experience in both front of the house and back of the house operations preferred. Strong leadership communication and supervisory skills. Able to stand on feet for extended periods. |
