Job Description
Saint Paul Catholic Classical School seeks a dynamic Grammar School Teacher for 3rd Grade SelfContained Classroom to join our faculty for theschool year. Saint Paul Catholic Classical School is a Catholic classical liberal arts school serving students in grades PK38th grade. Saint Paul Catholic Classical Schools mission extends the mission of the church by accompanying parents on their journey as primary educators to unlock the wonders of Gods creation through a comprehensive faithbased classical education. In communion with the Catholic Church we foster awareness of each childs dignity as created in the image and likeness of God. Our Classical Liberal Arts curriculum places Christ at the center of all things by instilling virtue and wisdom in each student.
We are seeking a candidate for Grammar School Teacher (3rd Grade) who possesses a deep understanding of the various disciplines including Theology Grammar History Literature Phonics Math and Nature Studies. The candidate understands the importance of an integrated curriculum rooted in the Catholic faith in a liberal arts education while also possessing a love for lifelong learning. Ideally the candidate will have an understanding and appreciation for a classical liberal arts education strong teaching skills excellent communication skills and is committed to forming Christcentered leaders in the Catholic faith.
Qualifications:
minimum Bachelors degree in a subject area related to the position for which you apply;
teaching experience preferred;
a love of teaching passion for the subject matter and desire to continue ones own learning;
committed to embracing and fulfilling the schools mission and vision
familiarity with classical educational methods and a liberal arts education
