Production Manager Concrete Technology Industry
About the Role
Join a growing leader in the concrete technology industry as our Production Manager. In this pivotal role youll oversee daily manufacturing operations while driving both operational excellence and business growth through strategic leadership.
What Youll Do
- Lead daytoday plant operations to deliver exceptional product quality and customer satisfaction
- Implement datadriven strategies to optimize workflow resource allocation and production efficiency
- Develop and maintain systems that maximize productivity while minimizing costs and waste
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations while fostering a positive workplace environment
- Collaborate with corporate management on budgeting forecasting and business planning
- Oversee logistics including shipping receiving and inventory management
- Expand market presence through industry engagement including training workshops and presentations to architects engineers and contractors
- Build expertise in specialized product lines and application technologies
- Conduct site visits to document projects utilizing company products
What Youll Bring
- Bachelors degree in Business Management Operations Management Engineering or related field is preferred but not required
- Demonstrated leadership abilities with a talent for effective task delegation and team development
- Strong analytical mindset and exceptional problemsolving capabilities
- Knowledge of quality assurance processes cost control strategies and logistics management
- Safetyfocused approach to manufacturing operations
- Excellent communication skills for engaging with diverse stakeholders including employees customers and suppliers
- Experience in budget oversight and production planning
